About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Restoration team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple projects, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients experiencing property loss.
You will oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restoration projects including water, fire, smoke, mold, and structural damage.
- Conduct site assessments, develop scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency response needs.
Qualifications
- IICRC Certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician) required.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or related project management.
- Knowledge of Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and restoration management software is preferred — however, we are willing to train the right applicant.
- Asbestos knowledge or certification is considered a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of restoration processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
